He brought up there but in his teenage his father relocated to Pakistan where he joined Pakistan State Oil. Dr. Shahid Masood got his MBBS in surgery from Jinnah Sindh Medical University. He joined journalism after 9/11 attacks in USA. That time he interviewed many political celebrities from Pakistan and international arena. He as worked with ARY News, Geo news and Express news. He has also been appointed as MD of state owned television of Pakistan. Currently he is associated with news one channel.
