Spotlight is analysis based talk show which presents on Aaj TV on every Saturday and Sunday at 08:05pm. Munizae Jahagir hosts the show along with Mohammad Ziauddin who is known as pioneer of journalism participates in the show as an analyst. Spotlight is prime time production of Aaj News. All the major issues related to politics, society, and region are discussed in the show. The show is full of information and provides detail analysis to its viewers about day's hot story. Munizae Jahangir who is beautiful young female anchor person does has the ability of highlighting the core issue with real information by professionally and with lot more courage. She migrated from Dawn News where she also hosted a political based talk show. Mohammad Ziauddin is an old and well experienced journalist. He has served with many news channels and news papers. Prior to joining Aaj News Live, he was associated with Express Tribune which is an English News Paper. Both Munizae Jahangir and Mohammad Ziauddin has interviewed many high profile personalities in their show including former President and Army Chief of Pakistan Pervez Musharraf.

Spotlight exclusively broadcasts on Aaj News on every Saturday and Sunday. AaJ news is a 24 hour Urdu news channel from Pakistan.  It was launched on March 23, 2005 by Business Recorder Group which is most prominent media conglomerates in Pakistan. The channel is known for its news bulletin, talk shows, morning shows and other infotainment based programs. AaJ News also presents various others talk shows in its prime time transmission including AaJ Rana Mubashir Ke Sath, Bottom Line, Aaj With Saadia Afzaal, Pakistan At 7, Sawal Hai Pakistan Ka, Islamabad Tonight and 4 in Focus in its 24 hour a day broadcasting. Geo News, PTV Sports, ARY News, Express News, Samaa News, Dunya News and Dawn News are the other news channel with same genres to Aaj TV.
