News Eye is political and social issue based talk show which telecasts on Dawn News. The show is a prime time production of Dawn News. Day’s top stories and most highlighted issue in the politics of Pakistan are discussed in the show. Representatives of the concern authorities are invited in News Eye to explain the every things around and behind of the issue. Many experts are also invited in the show for detailed analysis of the story.  The show is broadcasts on Dawn News on every Monday to Friday at 08:05pm. News Eye repeats telecasts on next day at 01:00pm. Jawad Ahmed Siddiqui hosts this show on Dawn News. Prior to him Mehar Abbasi was the anchor of the show. News Eye is highly quality production of Dawn News which provides information from unbiased sources only. Many issues including political development in and between parties, national and international affairs, regional politics and many social based issues related to laymen are discussed in the show.

News Eye exclusively broadcasts on Dawn News. The channel is known for its unbiased and reality based reporting. Dawn News is a 24 hour Urdu News channel from Pakistan. Dawn News live is broadcasted both on cable and satellite. Dawn News was first on aired on July 2007 as only English news channel in Pakistan, but due to some financial and viewership problem in the country the channel shifted its broadcast on Urdu on May 2010. Dawn News live is a subsidiary of Pakistan Herald Publications Limited (PHPL) which is Pakistan’s largest media group in English language. Dawn News live airs news casts, discussion based talk shows and many other programs based on the social issues. These programs can be seen on channel’s live broadcast throughout in Pakistan and in other countries of the region as well.
